(1) Peel the nasal breathing tape from the transparent film * Each sheet contains 3 tapes; peel off and use one at a time	(2) Close your mouth and apply to the center of your lips * Always confirm that nasal breathing is possible
(3) Sleep with the nasal breathing tape applied

Do not use

• Use this product to prevent mouth breathing during sleep; do not use for other purposes.
• Do not use if you have nasal congestion, diseases that impair nasal breathing, or symptoms of nausea or vomiting.
• Do not use on persons unable to remove this product by themselves (such as those with dementia, under the influence of alcohol, or taking sleeping pills).
• Do not use on infants or young children.
• Do not use if you have sensitive skin or lips, acne, wounds, swelling, eczema, or other abnormalities.
