Dosage and Administration
Adults (15 years and older): 1.3 g per dose; 8 to 14 years: 0.65 g per dose, three times a day, after or between meals. (One level scoop of the attached spoon is about 1.3 g. Please use the leveling plate on the inside of the inner lid. "Between meals" means 2 to 3 hours after a meal.)
<Caution regarding usage and dosage>
Take with water or lukewarm water.
If giving to children, please have them take it under the guidance and supervision of a parent or guardian.
