❓ Frequently Asked Questions
QCan it be used for children?
AIt can be used by those aged 1 year and older. However, for small children who cannot accurately express symptoms, there is a risk of overlooking eye diseases. Please use under the guidance of an ophthalmologist at least until the child can express symptoms themselves. (Santen Pharmaceutical official FAQ)
QHow long can I use it after opening?
ADo not use leftover Liquid that has been open for more than about 10 days, even if within the expiration date. Since it is preservative-free, please pay special attention to hygiene after opening. (Santen Pharmaceutical official)
QIs it okay to apply eye drops just before sleeping?
AIt is recommended to avoid applying eye drops just before sleeping and to apply them at least 5 to 10 minutes before bedtime. Tear flow slows during sleep, which may cause continued eye irritation from the ingredients. (Santen Pharmaceutical official FAQ)
