●Know correctly, treat correctly.
The scalp of a healthy person has appropriate moisture and elasticity, protecting the body from external irritants such as allergens and microorganisms. However, when sebum production decreases due to lifestyle or environmental factors, the sebum film becomes thinner and the moisture in the stratum corneum decreases, making the scalp prone to dryness. A dry scalp has reduced barrier function, so even slight irritation can cause a sensitive reaction and severe itching.
To prevent these types of skin problems, it is important to moisturize regularly.
●How to Treat Itchy Scalp Caused by Dryness
Itching occurs when the scalp becomes dry due to factors such as excessive shampooing or a decrease in sebum caused by aging. Fine dandruff resembling powder may also occur.
In such cases, we recommend Coat f Hepamedi HD, which moisturizes the scalp.
In addition to suppressing itching and soothing inflammation, its main ingredient, heparinoid, penetrates the scalp, binds moisture, and moisturizes from within, helping create a condition less prone to dryness and restore the scalp to a normal condition.
