Regarding the August Obon holiday closure

MamiGo will From Thursday, August 13 through Sunday, August 16, 2026 This will be Japan's Obon holiday closure period.

Shipping and inquiry support for products will be suspended during the closure period.

Shipping and customs clearance for products shipped on August 12

Products shipped from Japan on Wednesday, August 12 Due to Japan's consecutive holidays, export customs clearance and international shipping procedures may not proceed immediately, and the products will be stored at a logistics center in Japan.

Shipping to South Korea: Export customs clearance will resume after the holiday period ends, scheduled to arrive at Korean customs on Monday, August 17.

EMS shipping to other countries and regions: Export customs clearance and EMS shipping procedures will resume sequentially from Monday, August 17, after the holiday period ends. The estimated arrival date varies depending on postal conditions and customs clearance in your country or region.

  • Orders placed by 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 12： Products in stock are scheduled to be shipped from Japan before the closure period.
  • products destined for South Korea shipped on Wednesday, August 12： Due to Japan's consecutive holidays, export customs clearance will not be carried out immediately, are scheduled to arrive at Korean customs on Monday, August 17.
  • EMS products destined for other countries and regions shipped on Wednesday, August 12： Export customs clearance and EMS shipping procedures will resume sequentially from Monday, August 17 after the holiday period ends. The arrival time varies depending on the destination country or region.
  • Orders placed after 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 12： shipments will be sent sequentially from Monday, August 17.
  • As export customs clearance operations will not be conducted in Japan during the closure period, delivery tracking information may temporarily not be updated.
  • After the holiday period ends, due to an increase in the volume of orders and customs clearance, Delivery may take longer than usual.
