Bufferin Premium DX is a fever-reducing and analgesic medicine with a double formulation containing ibuprofen and acetaminophen in a 1:1 ratio. Its proprietary Quick Attack Tablet technology combines rapid Tablet disintegration with rapid dissolution of ibuprofen to address severe pain and fever symptoms. It contains no drowsiness-inducing ingredients and also includes a stomach lining protectant.

●Dosage and Administration
For prevention of motion sickness, take the following single dose by chewing or dissolving in the mouth 30 minutes before boarding the vehicle or ship. If additional doses are needed, take one dose at intervals of 4 hours or more.

Other motion sickness medicines, cold medicines, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, antitussive expectorants, gastrointestinal analgesics and antispasmodics, oral medicines containing antihistamines (oral medicines for rhinitis, allergy medicines, etc.)
2. Do not drive vehicles or operate machinery after taking this medicine (symptoms such as drowsiness, blurred vision, or abnormal glare may appear).

Others: facial flushing, abnormal glare
Rarely, the following serious symptoms may occur. In such cases, seek medical attention immediately:
Aplastic anemia: bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, fever, pale skin or mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, dizziness, hematuria, etc.
Agranulocytosis: sudden high fever, chills, sore throat, etc.
3. The following symptoms may appear after taking this medicine. If these symptoms persist or worsen, stop taking it and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this product:
