● How to Use
(1) Take the heat sheet out of the bag just before use.
(2) Tear off the connected part at the lower center of the heat sheet by hand. (Do not tear off the connected part at the upper section.)
(3) Peel off the release sheet.
(4) Without rubbing or letting it touch the skin directly, adjust the angle of the heat sheet to fit the collar of your clothing and stick it on the clothing.

● Precautions for Use and Usage
(1) Do not use while sleeping or inside a futon.
(2) Do not press down or apply long-term pressure on the product while in use.
(3) Do not use together with kotatsu, electric carpets, or other heating devices.
(4) Avoid using it in a state where you cannot immediately remove it if it feels hot.
(5) Do not use during exercise.

2) If redness, itching, pain, or burn symptoms appear on the skin, stop use immediately and consult a dermatologist.
3) Precautions during use
(1) To prevent low-temperature burns:
Low-temperature burns occur when a heating element warmer than body temperature is applied for a long time, causing symptoms such as erythema or blisters. Note that low-temperature burns may occur without noticeable symptoms.
(2) If it feels hot or any abnormalities are noticed, remove immediately.

Contraindications and Prohibitions

● Storage Method

● Handling Precautions
(1) Storage conditions may affect the indicated heating duration.
(2) Do not use on clothing that may be damaged by adhesive (such as long-pile fabrics) or expensive clothing.
(3) When removing from clothing, peel off slowly to avoid damage. (Reapplying reduces adhesive strength.)
(4) Remove immediately after the heat sheet stops heating.
(5) Be careful to prevent accidental ingestion by children or people with dementia. If swallowed, rinse mouth and seek medical advice.
(6) If it gets into the eyes, do not rub; rinse immediately with running water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical advice.
(7) Dispose of according to local municipal regulations.
(8) Use within the effective period.
(9) Do not use for purposes other than intended.
