A plant-derived sweetener made from fructose derived from corn, the rare sugar "allulose," combined in a balanced way with a high-purity extract of the gourd family plant "luo han guo," which is about 300 times sweeter than sugar, to approximate the sweetness level of sugar.
It has the same sweetness as sugar, so no complicated weight conversion is needed, and it can be used as a sugar substitute in everyday cooking.
Sweetness does not change with heating, so it goes well with any cooking method such as boiling, steaming, or baking.
