QIs a sweet taste in the mouth after instillation abnormal?
AAfter instilling this product, you may sometimes notice a sweet taste in the mouth. This is because one of the ingredients, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, flows through the tear duct into the mouth and is not due to any quality issue.
QCan I use it while wearing soft contact lenses?
ADo not use while wearing soft contact lenses. It can be used for discomfort while wearing hard contact lenses.
QWhat happens if I use too much?
AExcessive use may cause abnormal glare or, conversely, lead to redness. Please follow the dosage and administration instructions.
QWhy does the solution or container look red?
AThe red color of this product comes from vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin). Depending on storage conditions, ingredient crystals may leave a red residue around the dropper tip or on the inside of the cap. In that case, gently wipe with clean gauze before use. If the solution spills during use and stains clothing such as a shirt, wash immediately with water.
