●用法・用量
12歳以上　1回1個（30g）を直腸内に注入して下さい。
それで効果のみられない場合には、さらに同量をもう一度注入して下さい。
〔2本目をご使用の際は、1時間あけた方が効果的です。〕

＜用法・用量に関連する注意＞
（1）用法・用量を厳守して下さい。
（2）本剤使用後は、便意が強まるまで、しばらくがまんして下さい。
　（使用後すぐに排便を試みると薬剤のみ排出され、効果がみられないことがあります。）
（3）12歳未満の小児には、使用させないで下さい。
（4）無理に挿入すると、直腸粘膜を傷つけるおそれがあるので注意して下さい。
（5）冬季は容器を温湯（40℃位）に入れ、体温近くまで温めると快適に使用できます。
（6）浣腸にのみ使用して下さい。（内服しないで下さい。）

　　はげしい腹痛、吐き気・嘔吐、痔出血
　（5）次の診断を受けた人。

2.2～3回使用しても排便がない場合は、使用を中止し、この文書を持って医師、薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談して下さい。

次の症状があらわれることがあります。
