Adults (15 years and older) 1.3g per dose, 8 to 14 years old 0.65g per dose, take 3 times a day after meals or between meals. Do not give to children under 8 years old. (The enclosed spoon holds about 1.3g when leveled. Please use the leveling plate on the inside of the lid. "Between meals" means 2 to 3 hours after eating.)
