Product Overview
Transino White C Premium is an oral medicine (Class 3 OTC Drug) from the comprehensive spot care brand "Transino" by Daiichi Sankyo Healthcare, designed to reduce spots and freckles from inside the body. Since its release in 2023, it has been supported by those with deepening spot concerns and those seeking serious spot care.
Contains 2,000mg of vitamin C (adult daily dose), the maximum amount approved for vitamin C main ingredient formulations, and 240mg of L-Cysteine. Additionally, five vitamins (E, B2, B6, B3, calcium pantothenate) that keep skin healthy support spot treatment. Taking twice daily (morning and evening) works from inside the body in three steps to lighten spots.
Product Features
Contains the maximum amount of spot treatment ingredients
Vitamin C 2,000mgContains 2,000mg of vitamin C (adult daily dose), the maximum amount approved for vitamin C main ingredient formulations. This is twice the amount in the White C Clear of the same series. It works to decolorize already formed black melanin.
Contains the maximum amount of L-Cysteine
L-Cysteine 240mgL-Cysteine works with vitamin C to suppress melanin production, which causes spots and freckles. It also promotes skin metabolism and melanin discharge, helping to reduce spots, freckles, and pigmentation caused by sun exposure.
Supports care with five skin vitamins
Vitamins E, B2, B6, B3, and Calcium PantothenateFive types of vitamins—natural vitamin E (improves blood circulation), vitamins B2 and B6 (promote metabolism), nicotinamide (cell activation), and calcium pantothenate (supports vitamin C function)—help keep skin healthy and normalize turnover.
Twice daily type with less risk of forgetting daytime doses
3 Tablets each morning and eveningAdults (15 years and older) take 3 Tablets twice a day, morning and evening. This simple schedule reduces the risk of forgetting daytime doses and supports continuous care.
Cause of spots
Melanin is produced, causing spots
Ultraviolet rays stimulate melanocytes, causing excess melanin to accumulate in keratinocytes, resulting in spots.

Mechanism for Spot Treatment
The mechanism by which the White C series works on spots is believed to involve the following.
1
L-Cysteine and vitamin C suppress melanin
Inside melanocytes, the amino acid tyrosine changes into melanin. Ultraviolet rays stimulate melanocytes to send signals, producing the enzyme tyrosinase, which activates tyrosine and promotes melanin formation. L-Cysteine blocks the production of tyrosinase and its activation of tyrosine.

2
Vitamin C decolorizes melanin
Vitamin C has a direct reducing effect that lightens already formed melanin. It also reduces dopaquinone to its precursor dopa during melanin production in melanocytes and, like L-Cysteine, blocks tyrosinase from activating tyrosine.

3
L-Cysteine, vitamins B₂ and B₆, nicotinamide (vitamin B₃), and vitamin E that improves blood circulation discharge melanin
Natural vitamin E improves blood circulation, and L-Cysteine, vitamins B₂ and B₆ promote turnover (skin metabolism), accelerating melanin discharge and maintaining normal skin function. Additionally, calcium pantothenate in White C Premium supports the action of vitamin C.
*Only Premium contains calcium pantothenate. Image illustration
