MamiGo sets the following purchase limits for each category and product.
Pharmaceuticals and health foods:Up to 6 items in cart
Foods, snacks, beverages, daily necessities, and beauty products:6 units per item
The purchase limit may vary by product, so please check each product page.
Please check each product page. Please note that items cannot be added to the cart if the purchase limit is exceeded.
Also, each country has its own customs regulations regarding items that cannot clear customs, weight, and value, and in some cases, customs duties may be incurred or delivery may be stopped by customs.
Customers are responsible for dealing with these issues themselves, so please be sure to check the customs information for your country before making a purchase.
After payment, you can check the details of your order from your order history in the following order.

If you wish to cancel, please contact Customer Support at help@mamigo.jp.
Please note that we are unable to cancel orders that have already been shipped.
Please check the status of your shipment.
To check the status of your shipment, please go to “Shipping Status” in “My Account”.
Once payment has been completed, we are unable to add or change items to your order.
If you wish to add or change anything, please cancel your existing order and then place a new order.
However, please note that due to time differences, we cannot cancel orders for items that have already been shipped.

Because we are always sending new products, if the manufacturer renews the packaging and the package photo on the product page remains the same as the photo before the renewal, the design and color of the package you receive may be different.
We check and update product pages on a regular basis, but please be aware that due to time lags in updates, the product you receive may be in a new package.
Membership registration is required.
Customers who register as members will receive points, coupon codes, and discount information.
It is difficult to give you information on when the product will be back in stock.
If you register an item as a favorite, we will notify you by e-mail when it is restocked.

By adding your shipping information to your account, you can select your preferred shipping address at checkout and place your order.

However, if the delivery destination is Korea, a personal customs clearance number is required, so the personal customs clearance number must match the name and phone number of the recipient.
If you are ordering on behalf of someone else, please fill in the recipient's name, phone number, and personal customs clearance number.
MamiGO accepts credit cards (VISA / MASTER / AMEX / JCB), Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
Shop Pay is a payment method available on the Shopify store. Once you use Shop Pay, your personal information required for payment is encrypted and stored, allowing you to purchase products with a few clicks next time, Once you have registered your email address and phone number with Shop Pay, you can make a purchase with a single click without having to enter your credit card information or shipping address again on subsequent purchases.
MamiGo accepts payment in JPY (Japanese Yen).
If the currency of the card issuing country is not JPY, there may be a difference between the invoice amount and the order amount due to overseas transaction fees and exchange rate differences.
Please note that we are unable to refund the above difference.
Based on 8:00 a.m. Japan time, orders for which payment is completed before 8:00 a.m. on business days will be shipped on the same day, and orders for which payment is completed after 8:00 a.m. will be shipped the next day. Please check here for business days.
However, if there is a shortage of stock or it is difficult to obtain the product due to manufacturer circumstances, the delivery may be delayed by a few days.
In that case, we will contact you at the email address you registered.
Please note that if we do not receive a reply to our inquiry regarding a missing item, we will partially refund the cost of the item and ship it to you.

For detailed information about the shipping status of shipped items, please contact the shipping company using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.
The tracking number and shipping company will be included in the shipping confirmation email.
You can check your tracking number by clicking on it in the email.

Please note that we are unable to change the delivery address for items that have already been shipped.
You can check the status of your order by going to My Account > Order History.

Once you enter your address on the checkout page, the shipping cost will be displayed.
Shipping fees vary depending on the total weight of your items and the shipping method for each country, so please check the payment page.
If there is a delay in shipping, we will contact you at the email address you registered.
You can also check the shipping status from your order history in your account .
If the item has been shipped but you have not received it, please contact the shipping company using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. The tracking number and shipping company are provided in the shipping confirmation email. You can check the tracking number by clicking on it.
It seems that customs clearance is taking a long time because it is taking time to check the contents of the package, there is congestion of packages at customs, etc. We are unable to monitor the situation, so please wait and pay attention to notifications from customs. If you have received a notification, please contact customs immediately.
Customs duties are imposed by the customs authorities of each country and cannot be predicted or controlled by MamiGo in advance.
MamiGo does not accept payment in lieu of customs duties or refunds.
There are cases where customs clearance takes time due to reasons such as time taken to check the contents of the package, congestion at customs, etc. We are unable to keep track of the progress at customs.
Please be aware of any notifications from customs or the delivery company and wait for them. If you have received a notification from customs or the delivery company, please contact us as soon as possible.
Whether or not customs duties are imposed depends on the decision of the customs office of the destination country or region, and customs duties rates vary from country to country.
Please check the delivery status and notifications regularly, and if there are any delays in customs clearance or notifications, please contact your local customs office as soon as possible.
Refunds will be made via the payment method used at the time of ordering.
In the following cases, we cannot exchange or redeliver products.
・Customer convenience
・Products that have been delivered more than 7 days ago
・Opened products
・Products used
- Products that were returned despite being rejected by the customer center
For returns or refunds due to damage or mistakes, please see our Returns and Refunds Policy .
We will not provide a refund if the reason for return falls under the following:
・Items delivered to an incorrect delivery address
・Delivery failure due to absence of recipient
・Return due to unpaid customs duties
Due to local circumstances, customs notices due to unpaid customs duties may not be sent to the recipient.
Please check the delivery status regularly, and if there is any delay in customs clearance, please contact your local customs office as soon as possible.
The refund amount may vary depending on the exchange rate on the same day.
Please note that we cannot refund the price difference or change the price.
A customs clearance number is a 12-digit personal identification code beginning with the letter P that is required when purchasing goods directly from overseas to Korea.
Once issued, the customs number is permanent.
Some countries require a customs number and some do not.
Please issue and check the document on the National Tax Agency website .

❷ After entering your name and resident registration number, you will be asked to verify your identity.
❸ Select the approval app, enter your name/resident registration number, and then request approval.
