Dosage and Administration

For those aged 12 or over, inject one tablet (40 g) into the rectum at a time. If this does not produce any effect, inject the same amount again.

<Caution regarding usage and dosage>

(1) Strictly follow the usage and dosage instructions.
(2) After using this drug, you should refrain from using it until you feel the urge to defecate. (If you try to defecate immediately after using it, only the drug will be expelled, and the drug may not be effective.)
(3) Do not allow use by children under 12 years of age.
(4) Use only for enemas.
(5) Be careful not to force the insertion as this may damage the rectal mucosa.
(6) In winter, you can use it comfortably by placing the container in warm water (40°C) and warming it to close to body temperature.

(2) Pregnant women or those suspected to be pregnant. (It is advisable not to use this medicine as there is a risk of miscarriage or premature birth.)
(3) Elderly people.
(4) People with severe abdominal pain, nausea/vomiting, or hemorrhoidal bleeding.
(5) People who have been diagnosed with heart disease.
