What is it made from?
- The most important ingredient of Keimei Gashin-san is the herbal medicine "Gajutsu (Zingiberis Rhizoma)," which is a member of the ginger family and a close relative of turmeric. Especially those cultivated in Yakushima and Tanegashima are used.
- Additionally, a herbal medicine called "true kelp (Makonbu)" is included.
- In addition to these, turmeric and ginger are included as additives, but all of these are plant-derived ingredients.

- Keimei Gashin-san is a very historic medicine that has been manufactured and sold since 1933 (Showa 8).
- At the time of development, it is said that a doctor who felt its high effectiveness as "like a god of efficacy" gave it this name.
- In 1942 (Showa 17), it was trusted enough to become a designated medicine of the Navy at that time.
- In recent pharmaceutical re-evaluations, its efficacy and safety have been proven from the perspective of modern medicine and pharmacology, and its evaluation has increased.
- Also, the unique aroma and bitterness derived from Gajutsu are known characteristics. Some people feel that this taste and scent seem effective.

Are there any points to be careful about?
- Keimeigashin-san is a pharmaceutical product, so be sure to read the attached instructions carefully and take it correctly according to the dosage and administration.
- Usually taken 4 times a day after meals and before bed, but it is also possible to take 5 to 6 times a day; in that case, keep about 4 hours interval between doses.
- Since the powder type may cause choking, it is better to first hold water in your mouth or mix it with water before taking.
- If you are taking other medicines or have chronic illnesses, please consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking. Especially those with kidney disease undergoing dialysis (due to potassium content), those with thyroid disease (due to iodine content), those who have had allergies to drugs or foods, and those taking warfarin need consultation.

Cultivation of Gajutsu
The medicinal herb Gajutsu is a Zingiberaceae plant native to tropical Asia, and Yakushima, though warm, is the northern limit for cultivating Gajutsu, which is sensitive to cold. It grows maximally in summer, and in winter, all nutrients from leaves and stems flow into the rhizomes as it enters dormancy. The Gajutsu grown under these harsh conditions with high essential oil content is the main ingredient of Keimei Gashin-san.
