■Did you know that a child's eye function is almost fully developed by around the age of 6?
But there are still some immature aspects.
Even children who are usually healthy can develop eye inflammation and excessive eye discharge when they have a cold or are weak due to viruses, bacteria, or dust.
But I can't express it well.
Even if dirt or dust gets into your eyes, you can't convey the pain or itching, so you end up rubbing them with your hands, causing your eyes to turn red... Even a tiny speck of dust can cause unexpected trouble.
■ How to properly apply eye drops
Wipe the area around your child's eyes, then place 2-3 drops of eye drops on the inner corner of the eye and have them blink so that the liquid naturally enters the eye.
For best results, wipe the area around your eyes with tissue, then lightly press the inner corners of your eyes and close your eyes for about a minute.
[Class 3 OTC drug]
