Hada Labo's largest ever, completely sealing moisture with 8 types of hyaluronic acid
Eight types of hyaluronic acid, including Hyalorepair®, fill the stratum corneum with different approaches, locking in the moisture supplied by lotion. Multi-layered hydration is achieved with a single emulsion, keeping skin plump for a long time.
8 types of hyaluronic acid (moisturizing ingredients)New ingredient "Hyalorepair®" approaches barrier function
The "Hyalorepair® (hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid alkyl (C12-13) glycerin)" included in the latest renewal of Gokujyun Premium is the only ingredient in Hada Labo's hyaluronic acid lineup that has both water and oil properties. It works on the lamellar structure (intercellular lipids) of the stratum corneum to deliver moisture necessary for barrier function.
Contains Hyalorepair®Rich but non-sticky, new formula texture
In this renewal, the formula was changed to mineral oil-free. After reviewing all ingredients, it maintains a smooth and rich yet non-sticky texture that is easy to use even for those who dislike emulsions. The combination of hyaluronic acids with different molecular weights transforms the unique thickness into a "pleasantly plump" feel.
Mineral oil-free new formulaFurther moisture replenishment with "Suizenji nori polysaccharide (Sakuran)"
Contains polysaccharide (Sakuran) extracted from freshwater algae Suizenji nori from the Kumagawa river source area. This rare moisturizing ingredient, said to have hundreds of times the water retention of hyaluronic acid, works synergistically with 8 types of hyaluronic acid to lead to deeper, more moist skin.

Hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid alkyl (C12-13) glycerin
The only ingredient with both water and oil properties. Works on the lamellar structure of the stratum corneum to protect moisture necessary for barrier function.
Hyaluronic acid crosspolymer sodium
A moisturizing ingredient that keeps moisture by wrapping it in a net-like three-dimensional structure.
Hyaluronic acid hydroxypropyltrimonium
Adsorbs to the skin surface by cationization, continuously retaining moisture in the skin.
Sodium Hyaluronate
Holds about 6L of water per gram. The basic form of hyaluronic acid that widely moisturizes the skin surface.
Acetylated sodium hyaluronate
About twice the water retention of hyaluronic acid. Holds moisture while blending with the sebum membrane for long-lasting hydration.
Hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid
Ultra-fine particles about 1/100 the size of normal ones penetrate deeply into the stratum corneum, making skin plump from within.
Lactococcus/hyaluronic acid ferment filtrate
Special hyaluronic acid fermented with lactic acid bacteria used to make rare Japanese sake. Delivers moisture necessary for barrier function.
Hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate
The smallest hyaluronic acid in Hada Labo history. Penetrates deep into the stratum corneum to plump the skin.

Hada Labo is a skincare brand established by Rohto Pharmaceutical in 2004 with the philosophy of "Perfect Simple®", which means "no unnecessary ingredients, only pursuing what is necessary." Since its launch in 2004, it has continued over 20 years of hyaluronic acid research, pursuing moisture in all ingredients, formulations, and containers.
The Gokujyun Premium series is the highest moisturizing line from Hada Labo, born as the culmination of hyaluronic acid research. The 2023 latest renewal focuses on the complex modern skin environment caused by mask-wearing, temperature changes, and stress, adding a new approach to skin barrier function alongside traditional moisturizing methods. The core ingredient is the innovative new component Hyalorepair® (Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid Alkyl (C12-13) Glyceryl), which has both water and oil properties.
The lotion has been reformulated to be free of mineral oil while maintaining a rich, thick feel and non-sticky absorption. The container also uses biomass materials, reflecting the brand's important commitment to environmental care.
