● Efficacy/Effects
Relief of various cold symptoms (runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing, sore throat, cough, phlegm, chills (cold sensation due to fever), fever, headache, joint pain, muscle pain)

● Dosage and Administration
Take 3 times a day after each meal and, if necessary, before bedtime. Depending on the situation, it can be taken up to 6 times a day at approximately 4-hour intervals.

3 years and older but under 7 years: 10 mL
1 year and older but under 3 years: 7.5 mL
6 months and older but under 1 year: 6 mL
3 months and older but under 6 months: 5 mL
Under 3 months: Do not administer

(1) When administering to children, do so under the guidance and supervision of a guardian.

● Ingredients/Quantity
Per 60 mL:
Acetaminophen 300 mg
dl-Methylephedrine hydrochloride 20 mg
Chlorpheniramine maleate 2.5 mg
Nantenjitsu extract 0.8 mL (Nandina fruit 800 mg)

■ Do not do (Contraindications)

1. Do not take if you:
(1) Have had allergic reactions to this product or its ingredients.
(2) Have experienced asthma triggered by this product or other cold or antipyretic analgesic medicines.
2. Do not use any of the following medicines while taking this product:
Other cold medicines, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, antitussives and expectorants, oral medicines containing antihistamines (oral medicines for rhinitis, motion sickness medicines, allergy medicines, etc.).
3. Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this medicine
(Drowsiness or other symptoms may occur.)
4. Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this medicine.
5. Do not use continuously for a long time.

Rarely, the following serious symptoms may occur. In such cases, seek medical attention immediately.

Stevens-Johnson syndrome: High fever, eye redness, eye discharge, lip erosion, sore throat, widespread rash and redness, small blisters (pustules) on red skin, general fatigue, loss of appetite, persistent or rapidly worsening symptoms
Toxic epidermal necrolysis: Same symptoms as above
Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis: Same symptoms as above
Drug hypersensitivity syndrome: Widespread skin redness, systemic rash, fever, fatigue, swollen lymph nodes (neck, armpits, groin, etc.)
Liver dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin and eyes), dark urine, general fatigue, loss of appetite
Kidney disorder: Fever, rash, decreased urine output, swelling all over the body, general fatigue, joint pain, diarrhea
Interstitial pneumonia: Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing when climbing stairs or exerting slightly, dry cough, fever, sudden or persistent symptoms
Asthma: Wheezing, difficulty breathing
Aplastic anemia: Bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, fever, pale skin and mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, dizziness, blood in urine
Agranulocytosis: Sudden high fever, chills, sore throat
3. The following symptoms may appear after taking this medicine. If these symptoms persist or worsen, stop taking and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this document:
Dry mouth, drowsiness.
4. If symptoms do not improve after 5 to 6 doses, stop taking and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this document.
● Precautions for Storage and Handling
(1) Store tightly closed in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to other containers (may cause misuse or quality changes).
(4) Wash the attached measuring cup well with water each time and keep it clean with the medicine.
(5) The syrup may solidify, so wipe the bottle mouth well before closing the cap tightly each time you take it.
(6) Do not use the product past the expiration date (year and month are printed on the case and bottle). Even within the expiration date, consume as soon as possible after opening to maintain quality.
(7) This product contains herbal ingredients and may occasionally produce sediment, but this does not affect efficacy. Shake well before use.
