Echigohime is a rare brand strawberry grown only in Niigata Prefecture. It matures slowly at low temperatures, concentrating sweetness with low acidity and soft, juicy flesh. You can easily enjoy this premium strawberry flesh just by freezing.
Can be stored at room temperature, so you can freeze and enjoy it whenever you want.
🧊 Basic way to eat (freeze and enjoy as ice)
- 1Gently shake the pouch to even out the contents.
- 2Place the bag flat in the freezer (freezing flat ensures even freezing).
- 3Ready after about 8 hours of freezing. Cut the bag open and enjoy.
*If freezing is difficult due to freezer settings, please set to "strong."
