How to Use
Use before bed by following these steps.
Peel the tape off the film
Slowly peel the nasal breathing tape off the clear film. Three sheets are attached to each sheet liner, so peel off and use one at a time.
Apply to the center of your lips
Close your mouth and apply the tape vertically to the center of your lips. After applying, be sure to check that you can breathe comfortably through your nose.
Go to sleep with the tape applied
Once you have confirmed that you can breathe through your nose, go to sleep with the tape applied. Slowly peel it off when you wake up.

- Be sure to use only when you are able to breathe through your nose.
