● Features
● One tablet per dose, taken twice a day in the morning and evening, is effective for relieving runny nose, nasal congestion, and sore throat caused by allergic rhinitis due to pollen and house dust.
● Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride suppresses congestion of the nasal mucosa and improves nasal congestion, while d-chlorpheniramine maleate suppresses the action of histamine that causes allergic symptoms and alleviates runny nose.
● Tranexamic acid suppresses inflammation of the mucous membranes and improves sore throat.
● A pale orange caplet-type tablet that is easy to swallow with one tablet per dose.

● Dosage and Administration
Take the following amount after breakfast and after dinner (or before bedtime) with water or hot water without chewing.

(2) How to remove the caplet (tablet)
Press strongly with your fingertip on the protruding part of the PTP sheet containing the caplet to break the aluminum foil on the back, remove it, and take it (swallowing it accidentally as is may cause unexpected accidents such as piercing the esophageal mucosa).

1. Do not take if you fall under the following:
(1) Have had allergic symptoms caused by this drug or its ingredients.
(2) Have the following symptoms:
Difficulty urinating due to prostatic hypertrophy
(3) Have been diagnosed with the following:
Hypertension, heart disease, thyroid dysfunction, diabetes
2. Do not use any of the following medicines while taking this drug:
Other oral medicines for rhinitis, oral medicines containing antihistamines (cold medicines, antitussives and expectorants, motion sickness medicines, allergy medicines, hypnotics and sedatives, etc.), gastrointestinal analgesics and antispasmodics, oral medicines containing pseudoephedrine hydrochloride or pseudoephedrine sulfate, oral medicines containing tranexamic acid
3. Do not drive vehicles or operate machinery after taking this medicine
(Symptoms such as drowsiness, blurred vision, or abnormal glare may appear.)
4. Do not use for a long time

1. Consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller before taking if you fall under the following:
(1) Receiving treatment from a doctor or dentist.
(2) Pregnant or possibly pregnant.
(3) Breastfeeding.
(4) Elderly.
(5) Have had allergic symptoms caused by medicines.
(6) Have experienced insomnia, dizziness, weakness, tremors, or palpitations caused by cold medicines, antitussives and expectorants, or oral medicines for rhinitis.
(7) Have the following symptoms:
High fever, difficulty urinating
(8) Have been diagnosed with the following:
Glaucoma, kidney disease, people with thrombosis (cerebral thrombosis, myocardial infarction, thrombophlebitis), people at risk of thrombosis
(9) Receiving treatment with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (such as selegiline hydrochloride).
(10) Taking oral medicines containing parasympathetic nerve blockers (total alkaloids of belladonna, isopropamide iodide, atropine extract, etc.).
2. If the following symptoms appear after taking, they may be side effects; stop taking immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this document.

Skin: rash, redness, itching
Digestive system: nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, heartburn
Neuropsychiatric system: dizziness, insomnia, nervousness, headache, convulsions
Urinary system: difficulty urinating
Others: facial flushing, abnormal glare, palpitations, fatigue
Rarely, the following serious symptoms may occur. In such cases, seek medical attention immediately.

Aplastic anemia: bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, fever, pale skin and mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, dizziness, hematuria, etc. appear.
Agranulocytosis: sudden high fever, chills, sore throat, etc. appear.
Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis: high fever, widespread rash and redness of the skin, small bumps (small pustules) on the reddened skin, persistent or rapidly worsening general malaise, loss of appetite, etc.
3. The following symptoms may appear after taking; if these symptoms persist or worsen, stop taking and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this document:
Dry mouth, drowsiness, constipation, blurred vision, diarrhea
4. If symptoms do not improve after 5 to 6 days of taking, stop taking and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this document.

●Precautions for Storage and Handling
(1) Store in a cool place with little humidity, away from direct sunlight.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to other containers (may cause misuse or quality changes).
(4) Do not take products past the expiration date.
(5) Write the date of opening the inner bag (aluminum bag) in the "Date of Opening" section on the box.
(6) After opening the inner bag (aluminum bag) once, for quality preservation, take it as soon as possible within about 6 months from the date of opening.
