● Efficacy/Effects
For those with moderate or less physical strength, rough and dry skin, sometimes dull complexion, no gastrointestinal disorders, stiff shoulders, easy fatigue, mental and nervous symptoms such as anxiety and irritability, sometimes itching, and a tendency toward constipation, the following symptoms: eczema/dermatitis, spots, cold sensitivity, weak constitution, irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea, menopausal disorders, and blood-related disorders.

"Blood-related disorders" refer to mental and nervous symptoms such as anxiety and irritability and physical symptoms that appear with hormonal changes in women such as menstruation, pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, and menopause.

● Dosage and Administration
Take the following amount with water or hot water before or between meals.
