●Dosage and Administration
12 years and older: Insert 1 unit (30g) into the rectum at a time.
If no effect is observed, insert the same amount once more.
〔It is more effective to wait 1 hour before using the second unit.〕
＜Precautions related to Dosage and Administration＞
(1) Strictly follow the dosage and administration instructions.
(2) After using this medicine, please hold on until the urge to defecate becomes strong.
(If you try to defecate immediately after use, only the medicine may be expelled and no effect may be observed.)
(3) Do not use in children under 12 years old.
(4) Be careful not to forcibly insert, as it may damage the rectal mucosa.
(5) In winter, warm the container in warm water (about 40°C) to near body temperature for comfortable use.
(6) Use only as an enema. (Do not take orally.)
