Dosage and Administration

Take your next dose within 30 minutes of a meal, if possible.

(2) How to remove the capsule
Press firmly with your fingertips against the raised part of the PTP sheet containing the capsule to break the aluminum foil on the back, remove the capsule and drink. (If swallowed by mistake, it may cause an unexpected accident such as piercing the esophageal mucosa.)

(4) Pregnant women who are due to give birth within 12 weeks.
(5) People who are receiving treatment or medication for the following illnesses at a medical institution.
Those with gastric or duodenal ulcers, blood disorders, liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, or those taking zidovudine (Retrovir, etc.)
2. Do not use any of the following medicines while taking this drug.
Other cold medicines, antipyretics, analgesics, sedatives, antitussives, expectorants, internal medicines containing antihistamines (internal medicines for rhinitis, motion sickness medicine, allergy medicine, etc.)
3. Do not drive or operate machinery after taking this medicine.
(Sleepiness may occur.)
4. If you are breastfeeding, do not take this medicine or avoid breastfeeding if you take this medicine.
5. Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this medicine.

Those with gastric or duodenal ulcers, blood disorders, liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, bronchial asthma, systemic lupus erythematosus, mixed connective tissue disease, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, thyroid dysfunction, diabetes, glaucoma, those with blood clots (cerebral thrombosis, myocardial infarction, thrombophlebitis), those at risk of developing thrombosis, respiratory dysfunction, obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, obesity

Toxic epidermal necrolysis: High fever, bloodshot eyes, eye discharge, sores on the lips, sore throat, widespread skin rash and redness, etc. may persist or suddenly worsen.
Digestive system disorders: Symptoms include black stools, vomiting of blood, bloody stools, and bloody stools (loose stools mixed with blood, mucus, and pus).
Liver dysfunction: Symptoms include fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes), brown urine, general fatigue, and loss of appetite.
Kidney damage: Symptoms include fever, rash, decreased urine output, generalized swelling, general fatigue, joint pain (pain in the joints), and diarrhea.
Aseptic meningitis: Symptoms include severe headache accompanied by stiffness in the neck, fever, nausea, and vomiting. (These symptoms have been reported particularly frequently in people receiving treatment for systemic lupus erythematosus or mixed connective tissue disease.)
Interstitial pneumonia: When climbing stairs or exerting yourself slightly, you may experience shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, dry cough, fever, etc. These symptoms may appear suddenly or persist.
Asthma: Symptoms include wheezing, shortness of breath, etc.
Aplastic anemia: Symptoms include bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, fever, pale skin and mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, feeling unwell and dizzy, and blood in the urine.
Agranulocytosis: Sudden high fever, chills, sore throat, etc.
Respiratory depression: Symptoms include shortness of breath and difficulty in breathing.
3. The following symptoms may occur after taking this medicine. If these symptoms persist or worsen, discontinue use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered distributor with this leaflet.
Constipation, dry mouth, drowsiness
4. If symptoms do not improve after taking the medicine 5 to 6 times (especially if fever lasts for 3 days or more or occurs repeatedly), stop taking the medicine and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered distributor with this leaflet.
