Did you know? The "body fluid" that comes from the wound edge
contains healing factors.
When you get injured, body fluid seeps from the wound edge, and this fluid contains factors that promote healing. Utilizing this fluid effectively to accelerate healing is known as "Moist Healing" (Moist Wound Therapy).
By preventing the wound edge from drying, a moist environment is maintained, allowing body fluid to be retained.
This activation of repair factors promotes epidermal regeneration and speeds up the healing process.
A new wound care concept that has recently gained attention and is becoming widespread is "Moist Healing," which involves healing wounds without forming scabs. Proposed by Dr. Winter in the UK in 1962, it has been researched extensively and is now widely adopted in medical settings.
The traditional method of wound healing, which involved forming scabs, was called "Dry Healing."
When the wound edge is exposed to air, body fluid can dry out or cells can die, leading the wound edge to become covered with scabs.
The small amount of body fluid left underneath the scab may not be sufficient for proper healing, resulting in slower recovery.

The tape part is made of a high-density polyurethane nonwoven fabric, the fibers of which are approximately half the thickness of conventional materials. It fits perfectly around flexion areas and is designed to minimize gaps between the finger and tape, preventing water from entering even during wet work.

How to Use
1 Before applying

There's a wound! -
Wash the wound immediately with running water
※Wash with clean water -
After washing thoroughly, dry the area!
※Avoid using disinfectants or creams together -
Select a pad size larger than the wound -
Now, let’s apply!
2 When applying

Peel off the paper from the center -
Apply it to the wound -
Peel off the remaining paper -
Adhere tightly

For elbows or knees, apply while slightly bending
3 After applying

After a while, the Moist PadTM will gel and swell white
※The Moist PadTM absorbs and retains the body fluid (exudate) from the wound.
4 When removing or changing
-
Slowly peel off along the direction of body hair to avoid damaging the skin -
Every 2-3 days, peel off to observe the wound. After observation, apply a new product. When applying a new product, wash the wound with running water as much as possible.
