Product Overview
Stiff shoulders and lower back pain can occur when excessive strain on the shoulders or lower back, prolonged holding of the same posture, or awkward posture causes muscles to tighten or puts stress on the nerves. Nabolin S is a Class 3 OTC medicine that combines vitamin B1, which acts on muscle fatigue; vitamin E, which helps improve poor circulation; active vitamin B12 (mecobalamin), which helps repair peripheral nerves; and folic acid, which enhances the action of mecobalamin. It is used to help relieve symptoms such as stiff shoulders and lower back pain that may feel hard to reach with massage alone, as well as neuralgia, numbness in the hands and feet, and eye strain.

Indications

- In rare cases, serious symptoms such as shock (anaphylaxis) may occur. If soon after taking the product you experience skin itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, clouding of consciousness, or similar symptoms, seek medical care immediately.
- Constipation, diarrhea, or soft stools may occur after taking this product. If symptoms persist or worsen, stop use and consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered seller with this leaflet.
- If symptoms do not improve after about one month of use, stop taking this product and consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered seller with this leaflet.
- After taking this product, menstruation may start earlier than expected or menstrual flow may become somewhat heavier. If bleeding continues for a long time, consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered seller with this leaflet.
- Inactive ingredients include: talc, calcium carbonate, corn starch, lactose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, carnauba wax, calcium silicate, titanium dioxide, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, shellac, cellulose, silicon dioxide, sucrose, hypromellose, pullulan, povidone, macrogol, and dibasic calcium phosphate.

- Keep in the box, tightly capped, in a cool place with low humidity away from direct sunlight. (This product is unstable when exposed to light.)
- Store out of reach of children.
- Do not transfer to another container. Do not place other medicines or items in this container. (This may lead to misuse or changes in quality.)
- A desiccant is included in the container. Do not take it.
- Do not use products past the expiration date.
- Even within the expiration date, after the container cap has been opened once, use within about 6 months to maintain quality. Write the opening date in the “Date Opened” field on the inner flap of the box.
- When closing the upper lid of the cap, push until you hear a click.
- Tablets may be harder to dispense when few remain. Remove the cap body to take them out.
