However, use the minimum amount for the first dose, then gradually increase or decrease the amount while monitoring your bowel movements and condition. When administering to children, ensure they take it under the guidance and supervision of a parent or guardian. Because it draws water into the intestines, we recommend taking it with at least one glass (180–200 cc) of water or lukewarm water. Firmly press the raised section of the PTP sheet with your fingertip to break the aluminum foil on the back, remove the Tablet, and take it (be careful not to swallow it whole accidentally).
