Gaspitan for bloated stomach
There are two main reasons why gas builds up in the intestines:
The first is due to excess production of intestinal gas .
A high-protein, high-fat diet, mainly meat, can lead to an increase in bad bacteria in the intestines. If there is too much bad bacteria in the intestines, it can lead to excessive gas production. Dietary fiber also improves bowel movements, but foods that are high in dietary fiber, such as potatoes and beans, produce a lot of gas, such as carbon dioxide, when broken down in the intestines, so be careful not to eat too much of any food.
The second reason is a decrease in the excretion of intestinal gas.
Decreased excretion of intestinal gas occurs when gastrointestinal motility slows down. The gastrointestinal tract is controlled by the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, and when stressed, the sympathetic nervous system becomes dominant, causing gastrointestinal motility to slow down. Examples of this condition include stress-related constipation and irritable bowel syndrome. In addition, intestinal obstruction causes gas to accumulate as it is no longer possible to expel gas along with the contents of the intestine.
Gaspitan is a product that "crushes," "suppresses," and "adjusts."
It works in three ways
Dimethylpolysiloxane | It thins the membrane that forms the gas pocket, making it easier to break down the gas that accumulates. This makes it easier for gas to be absorbed by the intestines and to be expelled from the intestines, improving gas in the stomach. |
Cellulase AP3 | Excess dietary fiber becomes food for bad bacteria and produces gas. This product breaks down the dietary fiber that is the source of that gas. |
Lactobacillus faecalis, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus bifidum | Contains three types of lactic acid bacteria, which increase the number of good bacteria in the intestines, improve the intestinal environment, and regulate the stomach. |
