● Dosage and Administration
12 years and older: Inject 1 unit (30g) into the rectum at one time.
If no effect is observed, inject the same amount once more.
〔When using the second unit, it is more effective to wait 1 hour before use.〕

<Precautions related to Dosage and Administration>
(1) Strictly follow the dosage and administration instructions.
(2) After using this medicine, please wait patiently until the urge to defecate strengthens.
(If you try to defecate immediately after use, only the medicine may be expelled and no effect may be observed.)
(3) Do not use in children under 12 years old.
(4) Be careful not to forcibly insert as it may damage the rectal mucosa.
(5) In winter, place the container in warm water (about 40℃) and warm it to near body temperature for comfortable use.
(6) Use only as an enema. (Do not take orally.)
